Squarespace has partnered with ChowNow an online food ordering service so everything you need is already included on the back end of the site, it’s just a matter of hooking it up!

The Squarespace restaurant templates are minimalistic and simple which is so important for online ordering.
In order to leverage your website and get more sales, customers should be able to order online with no problem which helps increase sales.

You can seamlessly incorporate Google my business in the back end of the Squarespace templates, which is a necessity for restaurant websites to appear in local searches.
People are always searching for food in their area so if you register your Squarespace restaurant website with Google my business It has a good chance of popping up when people are searching for food.

Squarespace has partnered with an open table, so you can easily integrate online reservations without the customer having to speak to anyone.

So Squarespace is great for restaurants because the platform is always evolving and great for small restaurant businesses.

Pick a template that matches the style closest to the one that you’re trying to achieve so there's less designing on your end and you can just swap out the default visuals with your own photography.
Squarespace is limited to a handful of restaurant templates but that doesn’t mean you have to pick a Squarespace restaurant template.
You can pick any of the templates that you resonate most with because on version Squarespace 7.1 they are all the same.
Meaning they all have the same functionality. If you like the layout better on a Squarespace template that’s not a restaurant, you can still use it, it would just mean you’d have to customize it a bit more.
